Shipping Policy
All purchased products will be sent VIA Canada Post within 3 weeks of the order date.

Letter mail shipping: This shipping method can be used for jewellery, wild rags, headbands, keychains, lace layering tops and hat bands. Arrival time for letter-mail shipping is approximately 1-2 weeks and is UNTRACKED. We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Flat rate shipping: This shipping method is TRACKED and has an approximate 2-5 day arrival time. We are not responsible for delays, damaged packages or lost packages once they leave our facility. However we are happy to help you file a claim if a package is lost.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not provide any refunds, returns or exchanges; this is for sanitary reasons as we sell items that are meant to be worn and want to keep all available items in brand new condition.
