Shipping Policy
All products that need to be shipped purchased from the website will be sent upon receiving payment are sent via Canada Post within a week of purchasing. Blazing B Boutique will send a tracking code to customers who have paid shipping fees of $15.00+. Anything smaller is sent via letter mail in Canada Post and is no longer Blazing B Boutique's responsibility once it's sent. Customers can pay $15.00 to have the product, regardless of size, and they will receive a tracking code.
Return & Exchange Policy
Should you not be happy with your product, please reach out ASAP to Blazing B Boutique. We do not allow returns but if there is something damaged or broken once you receive product, we will be happy to help justify that. You will have to supply photos of the product damaged and request a new product or refund and Blazing B Boutique will review and contact you. Blazing B Boutique promises we send all products in the best condition and any damage is due to shipping, not our quality.
